Eric Lombardi
President
Eric Lombardi has been working at the cutting-edge of the Zero Waste and Social Enterprise Movements across the world since the mid-90’s. His working mission has been to transform the waste management industry into a “resource management” industry. Eric was a national spokesperson for the first Zero Waste organisation in the U.S.A. (1997) and was a co-founder of the Zero Waste International Alliance (2002). Eric was invited to the Clinton White House in 1998 as one of the Top 100 USA Recyclers and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Colorado Association For Recycling. From 1989-2014, he grew a small nonprofit into the largest zero waste social enterprise in the U.S.A. Eric is now the President of Buy Social USA and an Associate of the Social Enterprise World Forum.
Rebecca Dray
Executive Director
Rebecca focuses her work on building networks of accredited social impact businesses selling goods and services to companies across the U.S. Prior to her work in the U.S., Rebecca created social enterprises that engaged in social procurement contracting in the United Kingdom. She is a member of the Social Enterprise Alliance and American Sustainable Business Network and teaches social enterprise business design to students across the globe.
Dr. Amanda Kiessel
Board Member
Amanda is co-founder of Good Market, a curated community of social enterprises, cooperatives, responsible businesses, voluntary organizations and changemakers. Amanda has a PhD in Environmental Studies, a Masters in Sustainable International Development, and a degree in Biology with a specialty in ecotoxicology. Before Good Market, she spent 15 years in Asia working with local organisations on agroecology and sustainable food systems, organizational change, and social enterprise development. Amanda is an Ashoka Fellow.

Geetika started her career working with corporates in strategic business research and marketing analytics roles in India followed by working for non profits focused on entrepreneurship in the US. Having lived and worked both in India and the US in diverse roles, she has tremendous experience handling varied responsibilities and working with people from a wide range of cultures and professional backgrounds. She is committed to initiatives that promote and provide meaningful connections to entrepreneurs especially those working at the intersection of profit and impact.
